Excellent customer service, good quality, custom fit shirts from a company that understands and accommodates international customers. I’ve bought 5 so far & plan on several more. I’d highly recommend talking with (or e-mailing) one of their fitting experts.

Hands down the best for MTM shirts. Awesome fabrics, they give plenty of options for personalization. I have three of their shirts and after two years of continual wearing they look brand new. They are a few $$$ more than other MTM but well worth it. And once you go MTM you'll never buy off the rack shirts again.

Plan on it taking a month or so and the fit not being great the first time. Their customer service is outstanding and they remade my shirt based off pictures I sent in. They have ways of making the shirt I never thought of and they remake it for free. They offer a testing process to get the fit right. I’m very impressed with the quality and product.

Honestly was excited about giving this a shot. I had saved over 1k to invest into a nice suit... I typed in all my measurements and the order finally came in after about three weeks. I had shoulder divots and horizontal lines in the seat. The lady who assisted me was very kind and adjusted my measurements off a virtual consultation where she could see my fit. Waited for the second order after returning the first... now here's where my real problem kicks in... FedEx shows the wrong delivery dates multiple times... my parcel goes to Alaska, gets sent back to Singapore, goes back to Alaska AGAIN, then for some reason goes to Shanghai China, then to Japan... from there it takes off to Tennessee then finally to my location, and for some reason from LA they ship it back to Tennesse again, then back to LA once more and finally gets delivered...
These were minor Trivialities but still things that bugged me quite a bit. Now I try on my newly made suit...
1) the suit is wrinkled beyond belief... and the pants look like normal clothes that had been sitting in a dryer far too long and got wrinkled.
2) the size of my suit had not changed... still the same EXACT shoulder divots from before.
3) the seat was still showing horizontal lines...
4) My pants waist, which we didn't change, were somehow feeling even tighter than before... and no I hadn't gained any weight...
I'm thoroughly disappointed in even giving this place a shot... honestly its better to find a nice suit you like off the rack and proceed to go to an actual tailor.
Don't make the mistake I did unless you want to drop money for suits and shirts that you're stuck with that don't fit. I can't even ship the product back because they give only 1 complimentary remake.
